Descriptions of our Season 3 Episodes:

Episode #1 - Season 3 opens with Episode 1 of Guinea Fowl TV which clearly shows the flock enjoying the day walking around in the snow, eating leafy green alfalfa and white proso millet. Normally guinea fowl do not care for snow, but our flock has become accustomed to the strange white stuff.

Episode #2 - Episode 2 of Guinea Fowl TV shows the flock enjoying the day free ranging as well as seeking out the best locations for a summer nest. Some guinea fowl use our custom built tee-pee shelters for their nesting sites. You'll also see what it's like when we call the guineas to the coop yard using a cowbell. We started training the guinea fowl to home to the sound of a cowbell when they were about 2 weeks old. It works perfectly everytime!

Episode #3 - Episode 3 of Guinea Fowl TV shows the flock enjoying the spring weather. Some of the guinea fowl behaviors that come along with this time of year are laying eggs, chasing each other and free ranging.

Episode #4 - Episode 4 of Guinea Fowl TV was shot the last part of June when the first group of keets hatched. The keets were no more than a few hours old when the hens took them out of the coop nest to free-range with the rest of the flock. The hens quickly begin teaching the keets how to navigate the tough Montana terrain.

Episode #5 - Episode 5 of Guinea Fowl TV was shot the second week of July. The keets were about three weeks old. The entire flock has begun teaching the keets how to fly, roost and run. Watch how they do it!
