Guinea Fowl and Keet Waterers & Feeders
Here are some photos of the waterers and feeders we choose for our flock of 30 guinea fowl. When we had a choice of galvanized or plastic or rubber, we chose plastic. It's easier to clean and doesn't rust like the galvanized will.

The purple and red colors of this equipment will attract the chicks or keets - Big Time! I chose the purple screw-on waterer base. Don't forget to add a few marbles in the water base to prevent keets from drowning. Also, adding 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to each gallon of water aids in digestion and helps prevent health issues. The round red chick feeder (front left) has 8 holes for easy chick access. I have it here without the optional srew-on quart bottle, filled with feed.
After the keets or chicks are old enough to move out to the coop - they will begin using another set of feeders. The 1-gallon red waterer (top right) is great for 8 week olds and up. By that time you won't need to add the marbles. The reel-top feeder is great for this age as well.

For the adult Guinea fowl we have much larger feeders. The feeder on the left is for grain feed. It will hold 25#'s - plus it has a top to keep the muck out and prevent roosting. It is not hung in the photo, it will look completely different when properly hung. The waterer is pretty nice too - and comes with a replacement rubber pressure ring. Very good quality. It's a "Little Giant" brand. Next to it is the galvanized rabbit feeder size 5". This will be mounted in the coop and will hold oyster shell and grit for the guinea fowl.
